Sonoma - Toyota Save Mart 350 - Road Racing... Not a fan... Passing is limited, they say you race the race backwards as a crew chief... Jimmie Johnson fell short on his pit strategy when a late caution brought the whole field behind him down pit road, leaving him behind those with fresh tires. Kyle Busch pushed past him, to earn the win. He has a steep climb to get in the top 30. Personally I hope he doesn't get there. Not because I don't like him, but because NASCAR is changing rules for him. Hurt or not he did not attempt to qualify for all 26 races. I realize his brother Kurt is in a similar situation of not qualify for all races, but NASCAR made the mistake of judging Kurt before any outcome of circumstances. Their fault and mistake, so they should make an exception for Kurt. He didn't attempt because of NASCAR. Kyle was out on his own accord. Not NASCAR'/s fault he was in a accident and missed the first 9 races. Oh well my opinion apparently not NASCAR's.
No Road Course Ringers finished in the top ten.
Congratulations Kyle Busch!!!
