Born and raised in Jewett City, CT
Moved to Statesville, NC 12 years ago.

I have been a NASCAR fan for more than 30 years.
Dale Earnhardt #3 is and always will be my favorite driver.

The first 8 months living in NC was a great experience.
In October 2000 I not only got to meet and talk to Dale Earnhardt we also got to go to Talladega and watch him win his last win.
Then 4 months later in February 2001, I won tickets from KAT Country (the best country radio station ever) to go to Daytona for the whole race weekend.  It was a great weekend til the end. My first Daytona 500 and my drivers last.

It has been my dream for more than 15 years now to travel the whole NASCAR circuit for one full year.
We are going to get a motorhome and hauler.
We are going to travel from race to race and see this wonderful country of ours. We want to see as much of America as we can.

While we are traveling I am going to keep a journal of our daily miles, places we see, people we meet and money we spend. I then will write a book about the whole wonderful trip, including all logs I keep on the cost and lots of pictures.

This is my dream and I will live it one year soon.
Any advise anyone can give me on making this dream come true would be more than appreciated

Barbara
